Account scanning
You are probably paying for assets you do not even know exist
Most companies discover, during an account scan, that they pay for 20–40% more subscriptions than the owner knew about. The account scanner finds them automatically, straight from bank statements and email.
What nobody has an overview of
- Subscriptions registered to personal cards or email accounts belonging to former employees
- Free trials that rolled over into paid plans automatically months ago
- Licences for systems that are not used but still renew every year without anyone knowing
Upload. Scan. Overview.

Three sources of hidden assets
- Bank statements (PDF and CSV). Matches transaction descriptions against known supplier names and finds subscriptions in long statements in seconds.
- Email correspondence. Searches for order confirmations, invoices and notice deadlines in the email archive and finds services that never reached the accounts.
- PDF contracts. Extracts lock-in periods, notice terms and renewal dates from uploaded contracts. No manual contract reading.
- Renewal dates and deadlines. Records expiry dates from contracts and confirmation emails automatically and alerts you 30, 14 and 7 days in advance.
- Shadow IT detection. Finds services paid with personal cards or tied to personal email accounts and makes the invisible IT visible.
- Unused licences. Cross-checks subscription size against the number of active users and identifies licences the company pays for but does not use.

Ejerblik is the spreadsheet we should always have had, just far smarter. We found 8 subscriptions we did not know we were paying for.
