Appendices to the terms of service
The following appendices form an integral part of the terms of service and are binding once those terms are accepted.
Governs the processing of personal data on behalf of the customer under Article 28(3) of the GDPR. Entered into automatically when the terms of service are accepted.
Uptime target (99.5%), maintenance notices, credit calculations and recovery targets (RTO/RPO).
A list of approved sub-processors (Supabase, Hetzner, Resend, Anthropic and others) with the transfer basis (SCCs) and the server location.
