See every renewal and deadline in one view
On Starter or Professional, the calendar brings renewals, notice deadlines, expiring user access and follow-ups from your audits together in one place. You see what is coming while there is still time to act.
See when you need to act.
The renewal dates are already on your assets. The hard part is seeing them together: Which contracts renew in January, and when is the last day to give notice on them?
On Starter or Professional, the calendar pulls the dates from your asset register and shows them in four views: month, week, a list of the next 30 days and the year wheel, which shows the whole year at once. You switch with one click.
You see the deadlines in good time and can plan for them, instead of discovering them on the invoice.
The whole year on one page.
The year wheel shows a full year as a circle of 12 months. Renewals, notice deadlines and user access each sit in their own ring, so you can tell what is what, and which months are busy.
A typical example: three of your software contracts renew in January, because they were signed around the turn of the year. In the year wheel you spot the cluster in the autumn and can decide on them together, while next year's budget is being set.
Renewals become part of planning the year, not a string of surprises that arrive one at a time.
The deadline to give notice comes before the renewal.
A contract with a notice period has to be cancelled before it renews. Ejerblik works out the notice deadline from the renewal date and the notice period on the asset, and puts it in the calendar next to the renewal.
A typical example: a subscription renews on 1 October and has a 90-day notice period. The last day to give notice is then 3 July, and that is the date the calendar shows as the notice deadline.
You see the date that actually matters when you want out of a contract: the last day you can still say no.
See when access needs closing.
When you give an employee or an external consultant access to an asset, you can set an expiry date on that access. The date goes into the calendar alongside renewals and deadlines.
A typical example: an agency gets admin access to the ad account for a campaign that ends on 30 June. Set the expiry date on the access, and it appears in the calendar, so the access does not linger out of habit.
Temporary access stays temporary.
