When the agency closed, they still owned your domain, your Microsoft 365 and half of your project data

Most construction companies do not know exactly which digital accounts they depend on, who owns them, or what happens if the IT supplier disappears. Ejerblik gathers it all in one asset register in a working day.

No lock-in · Support in English · GDPR compliant

In short

Ejerblik gives construction companies a single asset register of every digital system, access right and supplier, from estimating and BIM tools to Microsoft 365 and payroll. That means you can document ownership, remove dependence on individuals and answer your larger customers when they start setting supplier requirements under NIS2.

Why now

The three pain points we hear again and again in construction

The agency owns what you think is yours

The domain, the email, the website and often the whole Microsoft 365 tenant are in the agency's name. When the relationship ends, or the agency closes, you only then discover how dependent you were. This is the most common pain point in the construction companies we talk to.

Project platforms with no single owner

Estimating tools, Dalux, Autodesk Construction Cloud, a project Dropbox, individual Microsoft accounts. Each project manager has their own. When a key person leaves, part of the project memory goes out of the door with them.

Your biggest customers will soon require it

Main contractors, utilities and public bodies are in scope of NIS2 and have to manage their suppliers. That means you, as a subcontractor, will be asked to document access management, critical systems and how you handle leavers. Many construction companies do not have it in place today.

Are you yourself in scope of NIS2?

NIS2 typically applies to companies with at least 50 employees or €10 million in turnover that sit within one of the sectors the directive covers. Most small and mid-sized companies below that size are not directly in scope.

Many are affected indirectly, though: your larger customers are in scope and have to manage their suppliers. That means you will be asked to document access management, critical systems and how you handle incidents. That is the pain Ejerblik solves.
