We are few and ambitious
We are a small team that moves fast. You get responsibility from day one and close collaboration with the rest of the team. No silos, no long decision chains.
We build to last
We write code and copy we are proud of. We choose solutions that hold up, not the ones that look good on a slide. Quality over haste, always.
We are direct
No internal politics. If something is not working, we say so and fix it. We expect the same from everyone who works here.
Who are we looking for?
We are not looking for a particular CV format. We are looking for people who can see a problem clearly, communicate concretely and take ownership of the solution from start to finish.

- You are comfortable with many things in the air and set the structure yourself
- You respect craft, whether it is code, design or writing
- You are curious about business and owner-managers as an audience
- You are used to working independently, with trust as the starting point
