Asset library

Build your register from 600+ suggestions

The library knows the systems small and mid-sized companies typically use, across 32 categories: from domains and Microsoft 365 to accounting, ad accounts and industry tools. You search, pick and add in one click. The library is included on every plan, the free one too.

Library

Recognising a system is easier than remembering it.

The hardest part of an asset register is the start. Faced with a blank page, you think of the domain, email and the accounting system. You forget the timesheet tool, the e-signature service and the old newsletter platform.

The library turns the task around. You search for a name or browse the 32 categories, and when you see a system you use, you add it in one click. The asset comes with its name, category, supplier and a suggested risk level already filled in.

You can spend your time on what only you know: who owns the asset, who has access, and when it needs renewing.

Search

You do not need to know which category a system belongs in.

When you add an asset, the search field is at the top, and the library filters as you type. You can also browse the categories or filter by risk level if you prefer to work through it systematically.

A typical example: you know you use Mailchimp, but not whether it belongs under marketing or email. You type the name, pick the suggestion, and the category, supplier and risk level are filled in. The search also finds e-conomic when you type "economic".

Every system gets the same name and category, whoever adds it. So the same system does not end up in the register twice under two different names.

Industry

Industry tools come along when you choose your industry.

Most systems are used by every company: email, accounting, a website. Industry tools are the hardest to remember, because they only exist in one line of business. So the library has ready-made industry packs you can add in full or one by one.

A typical example: a construction firm chooses Construction and trades and gets suggestions for job management, scheduling, quality documentation and equipment tracking. A law firm gets legal databases, case management systems and e-signature instead.

Industry packs currently cover seven industries, and in the getting-started guide you choose both your industry and your first assets from the library. Your first assets are in place while you are still setting up the account.

Your own

If a system is missing, you add it yourself.

The library is a starting point, not a limit. If a system is not there, you create it as your own asset straight from the search field, with the same fields as every other asset.

A typical example: an industry tool only your line of business knows, or a tool an employee started using on their own. If you think the system belongs in the library too, you send us a suggestion with its name, supplier and category from the library itself, and we add it if it is relevant to others.

Your register covers what the company actually uses, not just what the library already knows.

Plans

The library comes with every plan.

The library is included on Free, Starter and Professional. You can map the company with the help of the library without paying for anything.

A typical example: you start on Free, which holds 20 assets and one user, and add the most important ones first. As the register grows, Starter holds 50 assets, and Professional has no limit.

You can see how much the company really has before you decide on the calendar and reminders that come with Starter and Professional.
