AInette is the assistant built into Ejerblik. Ask about your register, a deadline or the asset you have open, and get a concrete answer with the next step. AInette comes with Starter and Professional.
AInette answers from your own register.
Every time you ask, AInette gets an overview of your asset register: how many assets there are, how many are high risk, lack documentation or have no legal owner, and how many renew within 30 days. She also sees the 15 assets with the highest risk.
Ask from an asset, and she also knows its fields: owner, responsible person, risk, two-factor authentication (2FA), admin access, renewal date, notice period and price. Write "this asset", and she knows which one you mean.
The answer is guidance. AInette changes nothing in the register: she points to what needs doing, and you do it.
Help when something in the company changes.
AInette knows Ejerblik and the situations that affect a company's digital assets: a new employee, an employee who leaves, a change of IT supplier, a new IT manager, new software and preparing for a sale.
A typical example: you are changing IT supplier. Ask AInette where to start, and she answers step by step: look up the supplier's email address in Search by user, run Domain check to see what points to them, check that domains and hosting are in the company's name, and remove their access on the handover day, not before.
You do not need to know every menu in Ejerblik to use it properly. You describe the situation, and AInette tells you where to begin.
Find the notice period before the deadline passes.
In Help with cancelling, AInette works on one asset at a time. She fetches the supplier's terms from their website or reads the contract you upload as a PDF, and finds the termination clause.
A typical example: a subscription renews itself every year, and nobody knows whether the notice is one month or three. AInette only proposes a notice period she can quote word for word from the source, and you see the quote before you save it. Once saved, the deadline in the calendar moves with it.
The deadline in the register rests on what the contract says, not on a guess. AInette can also draft the termination email to the supplier. The answer is not legal advice, so always check the signed contract.
AInette gets only what she needs.
AInette runs on language models from Anthropic, which processes data for Ejerblik as a sub-processor. Each answer sends the conversation, the company name and industry, the overview figures and the 15 assets with name, platform, category, risk and status.
Notes on assets, admin emails and users' email addresses are not sent. From the open asset, AInette gets only the number of users with access, not who they are.
Data is not used to train AI models. Conversations are kept in your history so you can find them again, and you can always delete them, even after a downgrade.
AInette says so when she does not know.
AInette answers within what Ejerblik can do. If a feature does not exist, she says so and refers you to the Help centre or support instead of making something up.
A typical example: you ask whether Ejerblik makes the company NIS2-ready. AInette says no, and explains that Ejerblik provides the record of systems, ownership and access, and the documentation of it, which several of the requirements build on. Meeting the requirements is work for you and your adviser.
You can use the answers as a starting point for a decision. Legal questions, audits and technical security still belong with your adviser, auditor and IT partner.

She only proposes a notice period she can quote from the supplier terms or the contract, and you save it yourself.
Your data is not used for training
Notes and email addresses are not sent, and data is not used to train AI models.
