Ejerblik gets you started on its own
You do not need to know what to do. A short guide starts automatically and asks you four simple things, and then your first overview is in place.
Ejerblik remembers your choices. The next time you log in, you go straight to your dashboard.
420+ asset suggestions matched to your industry
The library holds more than 420 digital-asset suggestions across 27 categories. Instead of going through them all, you pick your industry and the list is filtered automatically to the assets that are relevant to your type of company.
Every suggestion comes pre-filled with category, description and risk level. You add it with one click and fill in the details afterwards. It is the fastest route to a complete asset list.
Open the library →Find hidden assets in 3 minutes
Most companies pay for 20–40% more digital subscriptions than the owner knows about. The account scanner finds them automatically, straight from your bank statement.
Download your bank statement
Get a bank statement (PDF or CSV) from your online bank, typically the last 3 to 6 months. Most banks support both formats.
Upload it to the account scanner
Go to Assets → Account scanner and upload the file. AInette analyses the transactions and identifies every digital subscription and cost automatically.
Review and import
You get a list of the subscriptions found, with name, amount and frequency. Choose what to add, and they are created as assets straight away.
The account scanner is an add-on, sold as time-limited access. You can activate it directly in the welcome wizard or from the Assets menu. Free during the trial.

Start with the three most important categories
Domains, hosting and payment solutions are the three categories that most often reveal critical gaps in due diligence. Start there. The rest can wait.
Put a monthly review in the calendar
Spend 15 minutes on the first Monday of the month. That is enough to keep the platform up to date all year.
Invite your IT lead or your bookkeeper
They usually know which systems the company uses. The Guest role lets them add assets without seeing sensitive data.
Share the report with your accountant
The PDF report is ready as it is for your accountant and your M&A adviser. Most of them are struck by receiving an overview that structured.
Use the library rather than creating assets by hand
The library comes with pre-filled descriptions, categories and risk levels. It is far quicker than creating assets from scratch.
Aim for a score above 70
The dashboard score reflects how ready you are for due diligence. A score above 70 is typically the level required in a professional sale process.
Would you rather have help?
With the consultant package we handle the setup for you. An experienced Ejerblik consultant goes through the company, maps your digital assets and makes sure the platform is ready to use, typically in a single day.
